I decided to a change up my lower body routine and try a new video. This video was good but I don't feel like it worked my butt a lot. My legs are toned but my butt not so much. Don't get me wrong I like my butt but since my thighs are overpowering my lower body frame. I want some balance. So I will be searching for a butt exercise video. I should probably take off my ankle weights until then but it just feels weird exercising without them on.
