Time to Workout - The 10-Minute Fat Incinerator Workout | Class FitSugar Video - Quote
Lately I have been in a funk. I kept promising myself I was going to do tasks like exercise, make a flan, actually cook a meal instead of takeout and making sandwiches but I was coming up empty. I lacked the will power and the energy despite me having the free time to do it. I ended up calling my grandmother to see how she was doing. Delighted to hear my voice she told me she received her Mother Day's card and that she loved it. She told me about her past, history I heard before like her first loves and the mistakes she has made. She made me promise to do better than her. To learn from her mistakes, to exercise and take care of my health. That simple line of telling me to exercise and me saying yes to it is what got me to actually exercise this week and do this blogpost.
I'm funny that way. I will do for others but lack the motivation to do for myself. I sometimes wonder is that how I am or is that how my upbringing and society trained me to be. Or maybe both? Maybe I am a caring person but as a woman I was brought up to make sure everyone else is happy and that's why I lack motivation to do for self. Hmm.... I don't know, anyways back to fitness!
This workout was pretty good. I used my ankle weights with it. The end move is what made it awesome and well worth it.

If you are like me, you need constant motivation. Sometimes I feel like blogging other days I just rather pass, same for exercise. I usually don't have an excuse for myself other than I'm just not feeling it. Sometimes quotes help me. Sometimes reading articles that remind me of the areas I want to target help my motivation. Regardless how I got motivated before I always feel better after my workout. I hope my Time to Workout posts help you stay motivated. :-)
