Quote of The Day + testimony

Came across this quote so I had to share. Made a graphic out of it too. I have lived being silent and suffered from it so I can testify to this quote.
When I was younger I had a feeling telling me to reach out to someone. I ignored the pressing feeling only to lose them through death a couple months later. It took me years to forgive myself. After suffering from my silence and losing a person it has made me more vocal and telling the people I love that I love them.
