Monday:
Rest Day, if you don't count the manual labor
I did with the hermit crab tank!
Spend the Day With Me (and Panda): Dunkin Donuts, Walmart and Hermit Crabs

Another Rest day *sigh*
I saw a pretty chocolate cat though!
Wednesday:
All cardio and good stretch!

Burn to the Beat Dance Intervals: Booty Pop Cardio Dance Workout- Keaira LaShae
I didn't get as low as I wanted.
(I am working on getting into optimal shape I promise!)

Took off my socks and shoes for this one!
Favorite part of doing this workout is the no socks and shoes...that and shaking my butt,lol.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Runners Flow with Ali Owens- Udaya Yoga
I feel good this morning so maybe it did something? Idk.
