Constant sets, holey moley! I ended up pausing between sets and I enjoyed the very brief stretches. This video is one I am going to have keep practicing at it to eventually work up to her pace of no pause.

The advanced version option called demi-pliĆ© (I think that's what she said) is for self masochists who enjoy the pain in the workout so you know I did it! (I was also feeling good so why not?!)

Overall, the videos total to about a 45 minute workout. I enjoyed all the videos and I am looking forward to doing them again. Given that it was a lot of pulsing I didn't sweat much but that's okay, I'm satisfied. :-)
