I Finally Moved!! Update and a Time to Workout - Quote - Video

If you have been following my blog for a while you know we have been wanting to move for a year now. Well we finally did it!! At the end of April we finally said sayonara to Connecticut and Hello to Pennsylvania.
Our residence and neighborhood is way more of our style than our previous neighborhood and there are Walmarts not to far from our suburb so I am hella happy about that. Our current mission is to find good foodie spots. Since we are near the home of the Philly Cheesesteak I'm really excited to try authentic Cheesesteaks. When I think of all the restaurants and good food there is to discover here I start salivating it doesn't help that I am hungry while typing this either,lol.

Onto the workout:

I know I have said this last few times I have wrote a Time to Workout but I haven't exercised in a while (if you don't count the move to Philly Metro even longer!) This workout is fun and intense enough to have your clothes damp of sweat by the end of it. I am going to do it again for sure since although it was taxing I enjoy dancing so it wasn't giving my out of shape body too much hell. 

I didn't wear any ankle weights and the only thing you need is space [I'm happy to report I have lots of more space so me and Bear can workout and together (when he wants to lol)! Yay! ] I would suggest water too since you can take a sip when there are breaks.
