Journal: In Week Update (June 8 - June 9)
Monday
For Monday's exercise, I did my first test with this week's Time to Workout video and 25 minutes of cardio at the gym, cardio portion shown in the short video below.

After the cardio we ended up light grocery shopping. I wanted salad, burritos and popcorn but to no surprise ended up with other things in my cart,lol.

Tuesday
I tried this week's Time to Workout video again but with tennis shoes. I did strength and then an hour of Cardio.
For Strength in order:
Leg Press
lbs - Number of reps X Number of sets
40 - 10 x 2
55 - 10
60 - 10
70 - 10 X 2
85 - 10
Leg Extension
lbs - Number of reps X Number of sets
40 - 10
50 - 10 x 2
60 - 10
70 - 10
Chest Press
lbs - Number of reps X Number of sets
40- 10
60 - 10
70 - 10
80 - 5
70 - 10
For Strength, my goal was just to test myself and see where I am in strength so I know where to begin the next time I did strength.
I captured a portion of the strength (the Leg Press) and my cardio in the video below.

I want to note:
I'm not a personal trainer! I just do whatever feels good and try to at least do the minimum suggested by CDC when I do. Sometimes I fail, sometimes I reach the limit and sometimes I push my self further. :-)
