Time to Workout: Lower Body video +"12 Things Successful People do Differently" graphic

This video wasn't torture but I can't say it was specifically fun either. It went by quickly. The repetition of certain sets were not bad at all. It was a good mix up and I think they chose to repeat the right ones. At first I did it barefoot like the ladies do in the video. That didn't work out to well for me because I am not one with okay balance. I did better with balancing when I had my tennis shoes on, which was second time I tested this video.

If you are like me, you need constant motivation. Sometimes I feel like blogging other days I just rather pass, same for exercise. I usually don't have an excuse for myself other than I'm just not feeling it. Sometimes quotes help me. Sometimes reading articles that remind me of the areas I want to target help my motivation. Regardless how I got motivated before I always feel better after my workout. I hope my Time to Workout posts help you stay motivated. :-)
